ENVIRONMENTAL LABELLING
Our commitment to the proper disposal of waste
As of January 1st, 2023, the environmental labelling obligation for packaging has entered into force in Italy, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 116/2020, implementing Commission Decision 97/129/EC. The objective is to ensure the proper identification and classification of packaging materials, thereby promoting their correct recovery or disposal.
The hazardousness of waste that contains, or has contained, even partially, our products must be assessed in accordance with the applicable national and local legislation.
