\nThe second step of the project, expected after a period of consolidation, will be on-site manufacturing. The main characteristics of these two solvent-based products are:<\/p>\n
– Speed of drying (the white background can be sanded after 1 hour. environment)<\/p>\n
– High solid content<\/p>\n
– Pot-life longer than 24 hours<\/p>\n
– White pigmented version does not yellow<\/p>\n
– Scratch hardness and mar resistance better than the traditional PUR<\/p>\n
– Chemical resistance equal to PUR<\/p>\n
– Absence of isocyanates<\/p>\n
– Virtually absence of free formaldehyde (< 0,05%)[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/3″][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”34218″ img_size=””][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]The particularity of this new series of ASTRA VERNICI products, always attentive to the environment, is the very low emission (practically zero) of formaldehyde.
\nAlong with this new family of products, which could also have an interesting outlet in other markets, will not miss all the products of the wide range of ASTRA VERNICI, from traditional polyurtane paints, polyester, UV and, above all, water-based paints.<\/p>\n
