The polishing is the final operation to erase marks and holograms left from the rollers, to get a higher brightening plus and “antistatic effect” (to avoid the dust withholding).
For mass production automatic polishing machines are used, with pads normally made of polyurethane foam or cotton or real or synthetic wool.

For small production or assembled or carved articles where is not possible the use of automatic machines also manual devices are used (picture 9).

For the polishing we suggest products with antistatic effect to avoid the dust to be capted on the already treated articles, “mark free” or “finger print free” kind.
It’s important to ask for polishes “silicone free” when working in a neighbors’ of a spray boot cabin.

For polyester finishing’s, due to their hardness, we suggest Per le finiture poliesteri, per la loro durezza, si consigliano polish a base di solvente anche se in calo di richiesta per via di fattori ambientali ben noti.
